Since 2015, I have had the privilege of serving as the Managing Director for three healthcare
startups focused on oncology. I was inspired to launch the companies because of my father’s
cancer diagnosis. This set me on a course to work with cancer patients, a digital health platform
for survivors, and a medical device company remotely monitoring patients in between chemo
treatments. True to the startup journey, I wore many hats including investor relations, day-to-day
operations, marketing, sales, and strategy.

Working at Talencio allows me to use my strategy and relationship-building skills to match
people with great roles. One of my greatest strengths is making connections. I ask a lot of
questions. Listen closely. Think about what would be helpful and follow through on next steps.

As a former volleyball coach, I am motivated by the growth and success of others. It brings me
joy when a person fits well on a team and can contribute based on their skills and value. In the
summer, I like to bike and hike. In the winter, I like to cross country ski and travel to tropical
destinations like San Diego, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands.
