I am motivated by a simple goal – to help my team and teammates achieve. The roles have changed throughout my career, but the focus on building a winning team has not.

I work with entrepreneurs and leaders in Health Technology companies to accelerate growth through talent acquisition. My work history will tell you I am a continuous improvement and corporate development expert. However, the secret to my success has been developing great teams.

It’s both humbling and motivating to serve an industry with so many dynamic leaders. The water is deep in health technology, but I’ve found my niche.
