Providing strategic Human Resources counsel to executives at a leading healthcare and health technology research university is where I first connected my work to direct patient outcomes. Delivering a blend of business acumen and strategic people leadership, my clients shared they had the best of both worlds in our partnership and I was hooked. I could see I was making a difference. I was impacting the lives of those who save them, I was a contributing member of the village supporting health technology. My heart was full and seeking this level of purpose in my work led me to Talencio.

There is no greater connection than when a leader is matched with “just the right fit” and it appears effortless, alleviating their pain point. Working tirelessly for that moment is “the thing” that keeps me going and again, connects me to my work.

Striking balance between the purposeful work I do and time to enjoy the life I have created is always top of mind. I find joy following my endless curiosity and seeking answers to life’s big questions. Whether through reading, digging into a podcast or engaging in meaningful conversation with close friends, there’s always one more thing to learn. My priority is to lead a simple life that fills me daily.
